Quality Improvement in Tourism Education

Position: Project Assistant
Location: Homebase and Middle East
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
The Project Assistant will be responsible for collaborating in the Quality Improvement in Tourism Education Project for one country in the Middle East. The responsibilities of this position will be the following main areas:
Quality assessment and certification:

  • Coordinate the delivery of online and onsite workshops on different topics
  • Collaborate in the gathering and production of different reports
  • Support the work of external UN Tourism TedQual Auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of status reports by gathering relevant information.
  • Carry out any other project-related duties as required by the project.

Qualifications
The Project Assistant will have at least 5 years of work experience in the area of tourism human capital development and education and a proven track record in similar projects. Fluency and report writing skills in English and Arabic are essential.
