A training workshop on sustainable tourism and wildlife conservation took place in Bangladesh in January 2018. The activity involved 30 participants from different ministries such as the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, the Ministry of Environment and Forest and the Bangladesh Tourism Board.

In addition, the Bangladesh Coast Guard, the Blue Economy cell, the Bangladesh Tourist Police and the Bangladesh Television joined the initiative.
