This publication is the result of the Third International Meeting on the Silk Road, held in Tbilisi, Georgia from 2-5 November 1998. It offers reports, recommendations, and papers presented on the development of tourism services along the Silk Road. It also includes special information on the tourism product of the Republic of Georgia and an update of UNWTO activities in the Silk Road project.
