WWF-India Kerala State Office and Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala celebrating World Tourism Day 2011 in Wayanad
This year's theme is Tourism: Linking Cultures. The programme is being organised in Wayanad District of Kerala. Painting and poster designing competitions will be organised for school and college students of the district on the 24th. An All Kerala Photography Competition has been announced on the theme. A single day Awareness Workshop will be organised on the 27th at Kalpetta, Wayanad which will be attended by school and college students, teachers, public and many leading dignitaries. The entries to the various competitions will be exhibited in the venue. A set of 12 exhibition panels are also being prepared as part of the same.
