Year 3 Students undertaking the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Divine Word University will host a lunch with theme UNWTO WTD Tourism & Sustainable Energy for 25 pax. This is part of the major assessment in the unit TH321 Food and Beverage Management in semester 2 2012. It is an authentic project called "Menu Planning". The lunch will involve a slide show on World Tourism Day, traditional sing-sing, and display of alternative forms of energy available in Papua New Guinea.
