Tourism in a Changing Climate

In celebration of the 2013 World Tourism Day theme of "Water and Tourism: Protecting our Common Future" GWU's student organization Tourism For Tomorrow, in cooperation with the International Institute of Tourism Studies present "Tourism in a Changing Climate", a panel discussion exploring the challenges facing the tourism industry as a result of global climate change. The expertise of the highly-respected panel covers the science of global warming, water conservation and climate adaptation policy, as well as private sector sustainability within the tourism industry.
