Tour Program for Physically Challenged Persons to Lamdan and Sendra

Manipur Tourism Forum will be observing the World Tourism Day by organising the “A tour Program for physically Challenged to MMTA and SENDRA” to foster awareness among the different communities of the importance and accessibility of Tourism from Hotel Imphal by Classic at 8:30 AM on the 27th September 2016. MMTA ( Manipur Mountaineering and Trekking Association) at Lamdan is a historic place and the hill range and the Peak of Laimaton is a significant place in the Second World war. The Sendra at Moirang is again a place where nature has given its best. A place with the largest fresh water lake in North Eastern India, a small hillock from where the beauty of Loktak rejuvenates the young and the old. We are taking the physically challenged persons to this two places which are historic and and a difficult place to be visited by Physically Challenged. Yet, we will defy all odds and will let the Physically challenged to reach this place which we believe they would have never visited. The Program would start from Hotel Imphal - Classic by flagging off the tour program by various dignitaries which includes the Consul General of India to Guangzhou Mr. Sailash Thangal, Parliamentary Secretary Tourism, Manipur Mr. M. Prithiviraj, Special Secretary, Tourism Mr. K. AshokKumar, President of Manipur Tourism Forum, Mr. Th. Dhabali among various others.
