International Mayor´s Forum on Tourism
The International Mayor´s Forum on Tourism will be held in Zhengzhou, China from 15 - 17 November 2014.
This Forum is a biannual event which has been successfully taking place in Zhengzhou since 2008. The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has joined hands with the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) and the People´s Government of Henan Province as co-organizer for the IMFT 2014.
As well as the past 3 editions of the Forum, this year also aims to bring together mayors of worldwide tourism cities and experts from international organizations. Under the theme `Tourism, Soft Power of City Development´, it will explore the role of tourism in accelerating the sustainable development of cities.
