The Secretariat of the World Tourism Organization has the honor to inform its Member States of the UNWTO Commission for the Americas that the 59th meeting of the UNWTO Commission for the Americas will take place in Medellin (Colombia), on Saturday 12 September 2015, from 16:00 to 18:00. The meeting is organized in the framework of the XXI session of the UNWTO General Assembly that will be held in Medellin, Colombia, from 12 to 17 September 2015.

The working languages of the meeting of the UNWTO Commission for the Americas will be Spanish and English. Working documents for the Commission’s meeting will be available in due time and Members will be notified accordingly. Kindly find the provisional agenda for the CAM meeting here.

Regarding the General Assembly’s working documents, please note that they are available at /archive/global/event/general-assembly-twenty-first-session

In compliance with the United Nations system’s environmental protection policy, the working documents will not be distributed on paper at the venue of the event. Therefore, delegates are kindly requested to bring with them copies of the documents.
