For 25 years, the Conseil Québécois des Ressources Humaines en Tourisme (CQRHT) has been providing relevant, well-equipped, collaborative and innovative information to tourism businesses and their employees. Thus, the CQRHT is recognized as a sectoral tourism workforce committee. It is one of the 29 joint committees (employers/ workers) in Quebec. Our main strategic mission is to put our resources and expertise at the service of entrepreneurs, managers, workers and tourism industry partners through training, skills recognition, human resources management practices, seasonality, or workforce data. The Board of the CQRHT consists of 13 directors. Three seats are reserved for companies, two seats for workers' associations (unionized or professional), one seat for a national association of companies, one seat for a sectoral association of companies, a seat at a company or sectoral association of companies from the catering sector, a seat at a regional association of companies, a seat for a relief worker and a seat for a member from the education and higher education network.
