We cooperate with the local authorities in Mali Lošinj in the preparation of official documents regulating the development and use of land in the area (action plans, spatial plans, investment plans, etc.). We attend the meetings of the Mayor's Tourism Council where all tourism strategies and plans are decided. The Tourism Master Plan for the Mali Lošinj cluster was adopted in 2005 and each year we meet to analyze the implementation results, on an annual basis, and adopt interim plans and the carriers for the following period. We order projects and plan promotional activity aimed at the preservation of biological diversity and sustainable development. For the year 2012 (autumn) our plan is to set forth a new strategy called Sustainable Development of Tourism in the Lošinj Archipelago to be carried out up until 2018.
