The main objectives of the Association are to popularize the hotel business of Uzbekistan in the global market as a whole, to create a favorable environment for improving the hotel business by introducing new ideas, as well as to provide support in cooperation between representatives of the private sector (members of the association) and government agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Every year, the Association of Hoteliers, with the participation of international experts, holds the HOTEL BUSINESS FORUM, the National Hospitality Award, and the Association holds conferences, seminars, and trainings that allow participants to get acquainted with new trends in the world of the hotel sector, as well as learn from the experience of leading hotels in the development of the hotel business. In 2023 The Association of Hoteliers has opened the Upgrade school of hospitality and service, conducts extensive work on organizing training and retraining courses for both line and management personnel of hotel complexes in Tashkent and the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
