WORLD TOURISM DAY 2024 CELEBRATION - BANGLADESH

We are delighted that Bangladesh Tourism & Hotels Workers Employees Federation (BTHWEF), a nationwide sectoral trade union federation of tourism sector representing workers of the tourism & hospitality industry in Bangladesh is going to organize different program to celebrate the World Tourism Day 2024.
“Eliminate Discrimination to Tourism Worker for Spreading Peace everywhere by Encouraging Tourism.” – is our thematic call for World Tourism Day 2024.
BTHWEF also wants to highlights the World Tourism Day 2024, under the theme "Tourism and Peace", the vital role of this sector in fostering peace and understanding between nations and cultures and in supporting reconciliation processes.
On 27th September 2024, the celebration will start with a colorful rally in the early morning at Parjatan Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Tourism Workers Employees and Representative from Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Travel agency, Tour Operator and other sub-sector of Tourism will participate in the rally. And the rally will join in a grand rally organized by the Bangladesh Tourism Board, a department of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism to observe the day. After the rally and closing session, we will wrap up the celebration of World Tourism Day 2024.
