World Tourism Day 2023 Sarawak

Sarawak Research Society (SRS) in partnership with Responsible Borneo (REBORN) will organize the World Tourism Day 2023 (WTD2023) Sarawak in Miri Sarawak with the theme Tourism and Green Investments. It will be hosted by Curtin University Malaysia and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts (MTCP) Sarawak. WTD2023 Sarawak aims to bring tourism stakeholders in Sarawak together, including governments, practitioners, academics, associations and communities, to recognize and celebrate our milestones and achievements in the past year. It also serves as our continuous commitment to responsible tourism which is in line with the Post Covid-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030 and our collective resolve to develop tourism in a sustainable manner with UNWTO and global citizens in the tourism and hospitality industry.
